Enterprise engagements. REL AI™ is provided under an order form or statement of work executed with ElasticD3M, LLC. Fees, cancellation rights, and any refunds are governed by that document. There is no self-serve subscription and no free trial. One-time deliverables purchased through the website are covered separately below.
Engagement Fees
Fees for the REL AI™ services are set out in the applicable order form or statement of work and are invoiced as specified there. Except as expressly stated in the applicable order form or statement of work, fees are non-refundable once the corresponding services have been performed.
One-Time Deliverables (Governed Remediation Runbook)
The Governed Remediation Runbook is a one-time, fixed-fee deliverable purchased directly through Provider's website and paid by card at checkout. It is not a subscription, does not renew, and is not governed by an order form or statement of work — there is nothing to cancel. This Policy and the Terms of Service are its governing documents, and Customer accepts both at checkout.
You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of purchase, provided the runbook has not yet been delivered to you. Once the runbook has been delivered, or once fourteen (14) days have passed since purchase — whichever comes first — the fee is non-refundable.
The runbook is produced on demand and cannot be returned once it is in Customer's hands, which is why delivery ends the window. Delivery means the runbook has been emailed to the address used at checkout, or made available at Customer's private download link, whichever happens first. A purchase for which Customer never submits control identifiers is never delivered, so the fourteen-day window is the operative limit for it.
To request a refund inside the window, email hello@ai4rel.ai from the address used at checkout. Refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within five to ten business days depending on the card issuer.
No Self-Serve Subscriptions
REL AI™ is not sold as a self-serve subscription, and Provider does not publish standard subscription pricing. Where an executed order form or statement of work provides for recurring billing (including billing through Stripe), the billing, renewal, and cancellation mechanics in that document control.
Unless the applicable order form or statement of work states otherwise, cancellation takes effect as specified in that document, and fees already invoiced for services performed are not refunded.
How to Cancel
- Per the engagement documents: follow the cancellation and notice provisions of the applicable order form or statement of work.
- Email: send written notice to hello@ai4rel.ai from the email address on file. We confirm receipt within one business day.
Exceptions
ElasticD3M, LLC may at its discretion grant refunds beyond what this Policy requires (for example, in cases of demonstrated service failure on our part beyond what the SLA Service Credits compensate). Any such refund is exceptional and does not modify this Policy.
Disputed Charges and Chargebacks
Customer agrees to contact hello@ai4rel.ai and attempt to resolve any billing dispute in good faith before initiating a chargeback with Customer's bank or card issuer. Chargebacks filed before a written refund denial may result in immediate suspension of the Services pending resolution.
